You, thankfully, mention The Beekeeper. It's long for a short (27 minutes) and drama - two qualities that doesn't, necessarily, fit the youtube model. That doesn't mean it doesn't have an audience - and through a combination of festivals and online it will have distribution. whew! Trust me, I was worried. Still am, in fact.. it's not on itunes yet...<BR/><BR/>Regardless, I consider myself very fortunate but I'm a strong believer in putting yourself in a position where good things can happen.<BR/><BR/>And - I think your insight into programming suites of short films is an example of that. Perhaps something curated so there is a filter - but, as you explained, topical and readily accessible. <BR/><BR/>The interesting thing is that people in the US, via youtube, are being re-introduced to the short film format again.
